Residential & Commercial Regular
Our typical mow, edge, sweep service includes mowing the grass with one of our mulching mowers, edging along all of the borders of the lawn and blowing all the clippings off of the hard surfaces and back onto the lawn. This service has a minimum price of $35+tax for a small front and back yard combo. One-time services are priced at the time of service based on the size and condition of the lawn. Biweekly and weekly services can be offered a flat rate based on the size of the lawn.
Residential & Commercial Bagging
While mowing with mulching mowers is encouraged in order to replenish the lawn with the much needed nutrients of the cut clippings, we also offer bag mowing services for those who prefer to have the clippings removed from the lawn. This includes mowing with our bagging mower, edging along all the borders of the lawn and blowing the clippings off the hard surfaces and back onto the lawn. The pricing for bag mowing is done at an hourly labor rate. This rate is $90+tax/hour for a 2 man crew with an additional $25+tax/hour for each additional crew member. The size of the crew depends on the number of guys we have on the route that day. Three guys get the job done faster than two guys so the price ends up the same.
The minimum price for a small yard bag mowing is $40+tax.
Acreage
For larger lots we offer a mow, edge, sweep using our larger SCAG mower. This includes mowing with the SCAG mower, edging along all borders of the lawn and blowing the clippings off the hard surfaces and back onto the lawn. The pricing for all acreage mowing is done at an hourly labor rate. This rate is $95+tax/hour for a 2 man crew with an additional $30+tax/hour for each additional crew member. The size of the crew depends on the number of guys we have on the route that day. Three guys get the job done faster than two guys so the price ends up the same.
The minimum price for mowing with a SCAG mower is $55+tax.
One time or infrequent services
If you just need a one-time service or services longer than 2 weeks apart we are ready to work with you. For these services, the crew will need to price the lawn at the time factoring in the size and condition of the lawn.
